Accra: The Controller and Accountant General’s Department (CAGD) has announced a collaboration with the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) to investigate and prosecute individuals found culpable in payroll irregularities. Accra: The Ministry of Defence announced on Monday that the board established to investigate the Z-9 Helicopter Crash has commenced its work, with a report expected within 30 days.
