The Administrative Court said on Tuesday that it has received an appeal against the first-instance ruling issued by the Appeals Chamber in the first phase of the dispute over the preliminary results of the 2023 run-off local elections. According to a press release from the court, the appeal was filed by the Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE) and concerns the Menzel Chaker-Sfax constituency. The appeal will be considered by the competent general assembly of the court on Thursday. The deliberation and pronouncement of the judgement are scheduled for Thursday, February 29, at the latest.
