Prosecution of Journalist, Police Given Seven Days to File Disclosures

Accra: An Accra Circuit Court has ordered the police to file its disclosures in the case involving Emmanuel Kwakye Asare, a broadcast journalist, who is facing charges over the publication of false news. Circuit Court 8 mandated that the filing be completed within seven days to facilitate the court’s Case Management Conference and set a date for the trial to commence.
