Fire Service Brings Raging Fire at Madina Redco ‘Slum’ Under Control

Madina: A fierce fire that tore through several wooden structures and metal containers at the Madina Redco ‘slum’ Sunday afternoon was brought under control following a swift response from the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS). According to Ghana News Agency, the inferno, which engulfed makeshift structures serving both commercial and residential purposes, was reported to the GNFS at 1236 hours.
