Ramzi Louati and Falah Mansouri, who received 489 and 367 votes respectively in the first round, will compete in the run-off local elections in the Siliana North constituency (Siliana governorate). Candidate Ramzi Louati (41, businessman) promises to promote infrastructure, increase the number of irrigated areas, encourage investment, relaunch stalled projects and ensure that the region is connected to the natural gas and railway networks. For his part, candidate Falah Mansouri (28 years old, administrator at the regional transport company) mentions in his programme the importance of developing industrial zones, providing quality infrastructure, encouraging investment and creating a training centre for digital communications, a showroom for handicraft products and a municipal company specialising in refrigeration and processing of agricultural products in the region.
