Accra: Mr Francis Gesaloge Boyesa Okoro, the Oti Regional Disability Desk Coordinator, has been appointed as the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation (M and E) Officer at the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS).
According to Ghana News Agency, this appointment reflects his skills and experience in monitoring and evaluation, especially in public health programmes. As the Senior M and E Officer, Mr Boyesa will lead technical staff in monitoring programme performances and results. He will also conduct data analysis to assess progress toward achieving programme objectives and identifying areas for improvement.
Mr Boyesa's responsibilities will also include preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders, where he will share findings and recommendations. The appointment has sparked a wave of congratulatory messages across the Oti Region, including the Krachi East Municipality, with well-wishers expressing their joy and admiration for his achievement.
In a Facebook post, Mr Boyesa thanked the Member of Parliament for the opportunity to serve, expressing gratitude that the appointment brought a 'nice smile' to his face, underscoring the importance of mentorship and support in career advancement.
