Local elections: social issues at heart of Amilcar candidate’s platform

Candidate Khalil Ben Aziza (constituency of Amilcar/local council of Carthage) said social issues, mainly health, education and employment, are at the heart of his electoral platform. A cultural club is an additional target along with the support of jobless youth to receive training or get hired, the candidate said.
