Tema Port Prepares for 24-Hour Operations, Says Sector Commander
Accra: Assistant Commissioner Theresa Potakey, the Tema Sector Commander of the Customs Division of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), has announced that Tema Port is nearing readiness for the implementation of 24-hour operations. This development is part of a broader initiative by President John Dramani Mahama to promote a 24-hour economy, aiming to boost productivity and economic growth by declaring the Tema and Takoradi ports operational around the clock.
