Koforidua: Cases of defilement and incest have become increasingly common in the Tano North Municipality of the Ahafo Region, according to Madam Angelina Aboagyewaa Appiah, the Tano North Municipal Director of the Social Welfare Department. Kumasi: The Ghana National Association of Small-Scale Miners (GNASSM) has called on the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Mr. Christian Tetteh Yohuno, to ensure that the Police Service’s anti-illegal mining unit operates within a clearly defined mandate.
