Accra: A total of 500 customised exercise books have been handed over to pupils of Wlitey RC Primary School in the Akatsi South Municipality of the Volta Region. The gesture, from Mr James Gunu, the Volta Regional Minister and former District Chief Executive for Akatsi North, was presented by Mr Daniel Dagba, the Municipal Chief Executive for Akatsi South on behalf of Mr Gunu. According to Ghana News Agency, Mr Dagba explained that Mr Gunu’s donation would motivate the pupils to thrive in academic excellence. He encouraged the students to maintain good behavior both at home and during school hours.

Accra: The Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts has partnered with Meta, the parent company of Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and WhatsApp, to conduct a two-day digital skills training workshop. Accra: The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has charged seven individuals and three companies before an Accra High Court (Criminal Division) with multiple offences, including extortion and money laundering, as part of a sprawling corruption scheme within the National Petroleum Authority (NPA).
