Tepa: About 60 rice value chain actors have undergone a two-day training in good manufacturing practices, product registration, and facility licensing, with emphasis on post-harvest quality management. Kasoa: The Awutu Senya East Environmental and Sanitation Office arrested and arraigned three individuals before the Akweley District Court for sanitation offences. According to Ghana News Agency, the offences included discharging wastewater in the open, dumping and burning waste in the open, and the use of pit latrines. The accused were apprehended by a bench warrant after failing to respond to an invitation from sanitation officers and ignoring a court summons. Accra: The National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), in collaboration with Fidelity Bank Ghana, has launched a climate action awareness campaign in the Ho Municipality. This initiative aims to address the negative impacts of climate change and poor sanitation in the region. Accra: Following the fatal shooting of right-wing US activist Charlie Kirk, the suspect has been charged with aggravated murder. The death penalty is being sought for 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, public prosecutor Jeff Gray said in the US state of Utah on Tuesday.
