Charikpong: Mr Osman Abdul-Latif Sinsew, the Upper West Regional Director of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO), has called for increased investment in disaster prevention and preparedness as a sustainable way of protecting lives, livelihoods, and infrastructure.
