Cabinet approves mechanisms for household waste management

A ministerial working session chaired by Prime Minister Ahmed HachAni, on Tuesday, approved mechanisms aimed at ensuring the continuity of activities for public institutions in charge of household waste management. These mechanisms are adopted pending the amendment of the 1996 law on waste and the control of their management and disposal, currently under review by the Assembly of the People's Representatives (ARP), according to a Prime Ministry statement.
