Accra: Patricia Asiamah, known as Agradaa, along with her co-accused, has filed a notice of plea bargaining in a case concerning the alleged non-consensual sharing of nude images. Agradaa, who is the founder of Heaven Way Champion International Ministry, and her co-defendant, Charles Omane, also known as One Gig, have submitted their notice in relation to the distribution of nude images belonging to Prophet Emmanuel Appiah Fomum.
According to Ghana News Agency, a third accused in the case, Enock Owusu Kissi, is challenging a High Court decision that dismissed his submission of no case and mandated him to open his defence. The accused, including Agradaa-who is currently serving a sentence-were expected to present their defence. However, the proceedings have been postponed to October 21, 2025, as the plea negotiations are ongoing.
Agradaa is facing charges related to the non-consensual distribution and possession of intimate images. Her co-accused are charged with abetment in the distribution of these images, which were allegedly broadcast on Thunder TV in 2021. All three accused individuals have entered not guilty pleas.
