Earth tremor of 3.6 degrees in Rouhia, Siliana

An earth tremor measuring 3.6 degrees on the Richter scale was recorded on January 30, 2024 at 10:59 pm (local time) in Rouhia in the governorate of Siliana, the National Institute of Meteorology (INM) announced. The epicentre of the tremor was located at 35.75 degrees latitude and 8.99 degrees longitude, north-west of the Rouhia delegation, according to preliminary analyses carried out by the INM's seismological stations.
