Tunisian swimmer Rami Rahmouni bagged the gold medal in the 800m freestyle event at the 6th Arab Swimming Championships, which kicked off on Friday in Abu Dhabi, with the participation of 140 swimmers from 16 nations.
Rahmouni covered the 800m distance in 08:15:29, ahead of Moroccan Ilyes Fallagui (silver) and his compatriot Heni Mosfar (bronze).
