SONEDE International announced the payment of a dividend of 4 dinars/share for 2022, in implementation of the decision adopted in the fifth resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting N°14 of June 7, 2023.
The company said in a press release the payment started on August 1.
At the close of 2022, SONEDE International made a profit of TND 157,600 compared to 511,700 in 2021.
The totally exporting company is in charge of studies and follow-up of hydraulic projects across Africa and the Middle East. It reported a turnover of TND 1. 3 million last year. The operating income dipped between 2011 and 2022 from TND 694, 500 to TND 218,600.
SONEDE International was established on October 20, 2009, by the National Company for Water Exploitation and Distribution (French: SONEDE) which holds a share of 35%.
