Accra: Dr. Nii Moi Thompson, Chairman of the National Development Planning Commission (NDPC), has warned that ministries and state institutions without validated Medium-Term Development Plans (MTDPs) will not receive budgetary allocations. This move aims to ensure alignment with government policy objectives, promote fiscal discipline, and strengthen institutional accountability. Gbinyiri Clash: Bono Region Shelters More Internally Displaced Persons

Sunyani: Mrs Fati Kine-Lam, the Bono Regional Director of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO), says the region has recorded additional 252 Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) of the Gbinyiri clash in two districts.
