GDCA Calls for Reforms to Strengthen Ghana’s Local Governance System

Tamale: The Ghana Developing Communities Association (GDCA), a civil society organization operating in Northern Ghana, has proposed prompt release of the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF), equitable allocation of resources to deprived districts, and the election of Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs). MTN Ghana Supports Mepe Traditional Area With Significant Donation

Man, 32, Arrested for Stealing and Property Destruction in Sunyani

Sunyani: The Bono Regional Police Command has arrested a 32-year-old man for alleged stealing and destruction of property.
