Ghana Records First Mpox-Related Death Amid Rising Infections

Accra: Ghana has recorded its first Mpox-related death since the outbreak began in May this year. According to Ghana News Agency, 23 new cases were confirmed between July 18 and 22, bringing the cumulative case count to 257. So far, 1,538 suspected cases have been recorded across the country. Two Minors Drown in Flooded Stream After Rainfall

Jitong: Tragedy struck the Jitong community near Kupulima in the Sissala West District when two minors, male and female from the Jitong basic school, drowned in a flooded river while returning from the farm.
