AppCyclers Launches Northern Ghana Plastic Waste Reboot Initiative to Combat Pollution and Empower Women
Tamale: AppCyclers, an indigenous social enterprise, has launched the Northern Ghana Plastic Waste Reboot Initiative to tackle plastic pollution and promote sustainable livelihoods. It is aimed at improving plastic waste collection and recycling across the northern part of the country. According to Ghana News Agency, the initiative is supported by TRANSFORM, a global impact accelerator spearheaded by Unilever, the UK Government’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, and EY.
