Accra: President John Dramani Mahama has attributed Fitch Ratings’ upgrade of Ghana’s Long-Term Foreign-Currency Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to ‘B-Minus’ with a stable outlook from Restricted Default (RD) to prudent economic management embarked upon by the government.
