Kinshasa Governor Orders Removal of Illicit Markets on Avenue Kasa-Vubu
Kinshasa : The governor of Kinshasa, Daniel Bumba, has ordered the evacuation of all stalls and other products displayed in illicit markets along Avenue Kasa-Vubu and around the central market. According to Radio Okapi, this order was issued on Tuesday, May 6, as part of efforts to facilitate the ongoing rehabilitation of the road, which is currently hindered by the presence of vendors.
