Sefwi mrewa: The Western North Regional Police Command has successfully apprehended six individuals involved in illegal mining activities at Sefwi Mrewa in the Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Municipality. Wassa amenfi east: Blue Water Guards in the Wassa Amenfi East Municipality of the Western Region have launched a significant operation against illegal mining, commonly known as galamsey, along water bodies and forest reserves in the area.
